I offer a comprehensive estate package for single people, married couples or families . The package is offered at a flat fee and covers everything you need to make sure you and your family are taken care of.

The Total Estate Package includes:

  • Last Will and Testament with named beneficiaries

  • Directive to Physician (AKA Living Will)

  • Guardian Declaration for minor children

  • Guardian Declaration for testator

  • Medical Power of Attorney

  • Statutory Durable Power of Attorney

  • Hospital Visitation Directive

  • HIPAA Release

  • Disposition of Remains (special directions)

  • 1 on 1 meeting to plan the estate

  • Any revisions of the estate needed during the drafting process

  • 1 on 1 meeting to execute the estate plan (notary included)
